廚神競賽規則：
每到一地，首先按當地的競賽項目三位大廚比出食品原料優先選擇權，然後品嘗風味美食，自選的食品原料要靠自己捕獲，允許大廚增加一項調料品或加工工具，其他佐料要由當地取得，要求在三小時內制作的美食必須具有當地風味，並由當地的族人首領或美食家組成評判小組評比出獲勝者。
